True Beauty Salon is the ultimate beauty destination, where beauty, wellness and relaxation blend with a relaxed atmosphere. Our salon offers a variety of beauty services which include hair styling, manicures and pedicures, body waxing, and make-up services. We also offer facials, airbrush tanning and special event requests. We are proud to be a family friendly Paul Mitchell Focus Salon!

Our goal is to make experienced and quality services affordable. We are conveniently located in Vineland, NJ right off Delsea Drive!

Our Team

Karen DeFrancisco West | Owner & Operator

Karen DeFrancisco West, a proud graduate of A.P. Shalick High School and the Salem County Vo-Tech Cosmetology Program, has deep roots in Hopewell and Pittsgrove Townships. With an associate degree in small business management, Karen believes that education is a lifelong journey—there’s always something new to learn.
Her dedication to mastering both contemporary techniques and classic skills has been key to her success in the beauty industry.

Karen is passionate about hair and color, holding certifications in all color techniques, texturizing, customized styling, and hair cutting for all hair types. As a natural curly-haired expert, she specializes in curly hair care and keratin smoothing systems.

Karen is also proud to be a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, ensuring that her clients receive top-tier service and the latest trends in hair care. At True Beauty Salon, she combines her love for hair with a commitment to excellence, creating beautiful results for every client.

Natalie Stokes | Hair Stylist

Natalie Stokes is a dedicated stylist based in the Vineland/Millville area, where she has raised her family and enjoyed watching her grandchildren grow. A high honors graduate of Cumberland County Vo-Tech’s Cosmetology program, she has built a rewarding career in the beauty industry. After working in various salons, Natalie found her home at True Beauty Salon, where she continues to nurture long-lasting relationships with her loyal clients.
With a passion for healthy hair and scalp care, Natalie specializes in a wide range of services for all hair types, including cuts, fades, extensions, crochet styles, waves, braids, color, perms, relaxers, smoothing treatments, and custom styling. Her expertise and commitment to her craft make her a sought-after stylist in the community.

Raina Torelli | Cosmetologist

Raina Torelli is a 1998 Millville High School graduate. She started her career in cosmetology in 2011 when she began attending the Rizzieri Aveda School of Cosmetology in Vorhees, NJ. During her time there, she participated in NYC Fashion Week and took specialty classes in makeup and haircutting. She also participated in and won 1st place in the student division at Americas Beauty Show in Chicago IL, allowing her to travel to Los Angeles to attend Wella's Trend Vision hair show.

In 2012, Raina graduated from cosmetology school as class president. She went on to work for a few different salons, where she could continue her education in cut & color and makeup until she arrived at True Beauty in 2017.

Raina specializes in hair cutting and customized hair color. She is also available for special events such as prom, and weddings, and for makeup, lashes, and customized updos.

Cierra "CiCi" Brown | Nail Technician & Waxing

Cierra "CiCi" Brown began her journey in downtown PA, where her passion for art blossomed. After moving to NJ, she started doing nails at just 9 years old, quickly falling in love with the craft. Committed to perfecting her skills, CiCi aims to be your go-to nail tech, bringing sparkle to every manicure and pedicure. But she doesn’t stop at nails—CiCi also offers full-body waxing services, ensuring you feel confident and fabulous from head to toe!

Dorie Wozunk | Esthetician & Skin Care Specialist

Born and raised in the city of Vineland, Dorie Wozunk spent 25 years away from her roots, exploring new horizons and gaining valuable life experiences. However, the call of home was too strong to resist, and she returned to her beloved community, ready to embark on a new chapter.

Dorie has made a remarkable career transition, completing her training at a prestigious academy and proudly earning her Esthetician license. Now a valued member of the True Beauty Salon family, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work.

Specializing in skin care, Dorie offers a range of treatments designed to enhance your natural beauty. Her expertise includes rejuvenating facials, microdermabrasion, electrolysis, derma blading, body treatments that detoxify, lift, tighten, and exfoliate dead skin cells, as well as full body waxing for smooth, silky skin. Maddie Hornblower | Emerging Hairstylist and Colorist

Meet Maddie Hornblower, an exciting new talent in the hair industry and a proud resident of Pittsgrove Township. With a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, Maddie is quickly making her mark as a stylist and colorist at True Beauty Salon.

Maddie’s journey into hairstyling began with a love for artistry and self-expression. She believes that hair is a canvas, and each client deserves a look that enhances their individuality.
